Elected by a majority vote of the ICC. Attends both the ICC and Executive Council meetings each week and acts as liaison between the Executive Council and the ICC. Assists the ASU Vice-President in reporting on events of clubs to the Executive Council. Has the major responsibility of articulating the wishes and projects of the ICC to those commissioners that would be directly involved. Chairs ICC meetings when President and Vice President are unavailable
